Welcome to Arkstone Mill - organic growers licensed with
the Soil Association. We supply boxes of organic vegetables, fruit and
eggs to Hereford and surrounding villages, including the Golden Valley,
delivered to your door. If you order a box at least £15 in value,
you can select the contents of your box via email. For all box sizes we
will exclude any vegetables that you don't like, or grow for yourself.

Our box scheme has been running for over 15 years and is
an economical way of buying organic produce while cutting down on
the food miles. We grow over 70 varieties of vegetables on our
smallholding in Kingstone. Last year was one of the most
challenging we have experienced - mainly due to the weather. The
prolonged rain in April, May and June meant that we could not get on
the land for many days at a time as a result of which certain crops
were not sown at all and other crops were very late. We hope that 2013
will be a better growing year - the first crops have been sown in the
greenhouse, the rabbits have been fenced out, and the polytunnels will
soon be full of transplants.
